Turbo German Rigs - Ready made carp rigs
The Turbo German Rig is very similar to a Ronnie Rig except the large ring on the swivel is removed and thus creates a rig with completely different hooking mechanics and capabilities.
(Please note that the crimp will be tight to the swivel ring when made, as per a Turbo German Spec). We were having newer customers getting confused between a TG and Spinner due to conflicting info in the industry. We left the pics the same to try to help alleviate this and then made them correctly with the crimp solid to the small swivel ring.
Unlike the Ronnie that uses a popup as it's sole hookbait, the Spinner will use any kind of balanced bait and the hook will sit flat on the lakebed.
This gives the added benefit of masking your hook from weary carp and along with anti tangle and reset properties you can rely on this rig to be perfectly presented time after time.
Once the hookbait is sucked in, the hook will automatically want to drop down and create a solid hook hold in the carps bottom lip.
